Ashley A greeted me as I entered the store with a smile. As I explained I received my bracelet as a present, she offered the pieces I would need to complete the basic components of my bracelet and advised me on the different type of charms.

The sales associates were friendly and extremely helpful. I went toward the end of the day, so there weren't too many customers and they were enthusiastic to assist. I showed a picture of a charm I was looking for, but the location didn't have it. The sales associate gave me a variety of choices of similar charms. They're the best!
