Awesome store, merchandise and sales associates.

The associate was patient and helped with all products. She was knowledgeable and made the experience easier.

Once I walked in I had a wonderful representative named Alexis L who greeted me warmly and was assisting me with my order pickup. She immediately went to pick up my order and even asked me to try on the bracelet to make sure it fits correctly. At the same time we I asked about clips so that I can separate my charms on the bangle and She brought the 2 perfect ones that matches perfectly with my Harry Potter collection. We conversated about Harry Potter and she has a friend that works in the NYC Harry Potter store and it was amazing. I told her she needs to do the AR experience it is absolutely worth it. Thank you Alexis she gave us the best customer experience, excellent service and will def. Come back to get more charms on my new Xmas gift from my hubby :)

The sales associate approached me and asked what I needed help with then directed me to my options. I was not rushed. She asked questions that really made me think about the gift I was purchasing which then made me feel confident in my purchase.
