Customer service was beyond amazing, she explained to me how to properly use my clip charm so my jewelry wouldn't tarnish or get scratched and it was someone assisting me as soon as I walked into the store. Once I went in everyone greeted me and an employee instantly helped me look for what I needed, she was so nice and patient with me since I am a little picky and didn't know what I might have wanted but she took her time and kept a beautiful smile on her face
