Lisa and Ashley were extremely pleasant. They were instantly welcoming. Lisa was my sales girl and was very helpful. She made amazing suggestions that I would have never even thought about and provided wonderful service

Ashley’s Customer Service was kind and knowledgeable and patient.

Was told person was from corporate but was unwilling to return purchase only after I called another store to check policy. Not a good experience unnecessarily stressful for her to do the return anyway.

Diana was very helpful and made very useful suggestions. She understood that i wanted the charms to convey a special meaning and found the perfect ones. I find it it important that the charms enoke special memories.
