The staff at this Pandora is the reason I came back a week later. I meant to fill this survey our last week. There are 3 young ladies who assisted me last week and REALLY to time to get to know myself and my fiancé through casual conversation. They helped me select the perfect gift for my goddaughters graduation. While we were there my fiancé saw a bracelet that he like (but i wasn’t paying attention) when I walked in with my mask on, the sales associate remembered who I was and exactly which bracelet my fiancé wanted so I was able to get him the perfect Father’s Day present. She would’ve upsold me on the letter charms but you didn’t have them in GOLD. I’ve had my Pandora bracelet for 10 years and never felt inclined to go to the store. Because of the service here I will keep going to buy gifts for everyone

I enjoyed this visit to the store because there was an unexpected turn. I surprisingly got something I was told online, that the item was being discontinued. I had the bracelet and needed the necklace to complete the set. So having been told I have the necklace made mu evening. Thank You Ariana.

The sales associates were lovely. Very helpful and kind. Loved all my purchases I went in for one gift and ended buying birthday gifts my daughters and other friends celebrating summer birthday. Aeschylus piece selected was perfect for each individual. I even bought myself a gift since I too have a summer birthday.
