The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I went into purchase a safety chain and ended up buying a whole new bracelet and 3 charms. Lisa was professional and her recommendations were up to my standards.

The service in the Pandora store in Forest Hills was very good I liked the way they treated me. Also they have various options of rings &’ other things. The Lady helped me get my ring size measurement.

They had great rings that I wanted to buy for my girlfriend and the women that was helping me did a great job finding me a perfect one

Ashley has great customer service.. I actually only came in to get my old pandora bracelet cleaned and put a gifted charm on my old pandora bracelet. My sister n law gave me a charm for Christmas. I actually brought another bracelet and two more charms. Not really expecting to do this. But Ashley explained to me that my bracelet was older and she showed me a newer bracelet so my charms would easily slide off on on. I loved the new bracelet and purchased it. . Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about pandora products and I was confident with my purchase. Ashley has great customer service and a friendly smile. I felt so easy and relaxed talking to her. I told Ashley she had great customer service because I did not plan on buying anything. 🙄 she is a wonderful lady.
