The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out what I needed and showed me new things for the future.

Adriana helped me at the forest hills location, she was so sweet and helped put the charms back on my bracelet for me along with telling me about what sales are going on.

Lisa was very customer friendly and Polite. She explained very well when I asked about cleaning my bracelet and suggested if I did not want to wait due to covid I could do it myself and provided me with the tools

When myself an my mom entered pandora we were greeted right away. The associate that helped us Ashley was really amazing and funny. We laughed the whole transaction.

The staff was really friendly. My gma who is very picky was happy with her bracelet.
