The staff was so patient , welcoming you as you entered the store . Everyone wearing a mask ,and so supportive in helping me find the charms perfect for my best friends. Analia & Ariana made sure I was happy with the price of charms and quality in giving as special gifts for Christmas that represented their personalities. Pandora of Austin street staff didn't rush , or ignore me , but let me take my time in the store to find the perfect Pandora box surprise for my friends/sisters. Especially now during this pandemic , they both were so happy and cheerful with uplifting conversation as well. Thank you again .
