Excellent purchase with the discount.

When I came in the store I had no idea specifically of what I wanted to purchase. My sales associate Cynnora was very helpful in making recommendations and communicating with me so I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing and I felt comfortable with my purchases.

I was high satisfied with my experience because of my sales associate Adriana. She was really nice and gave great service. She recommended items that i ended up taking with me. Thank you.

My most experience at the Forest Hills Pandora store is many fold. First; the store is inviting and very nicely decorated. Second; the vibrant saleslady, Miss Amelia H. No. 199360 was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the product. Third; Miss Amelia, wasn't pushy or try to force a sale and instead was receptive and open to the possibilities. Miss Amelia let the sale happen, "organically". There was another young woman who was also present and equally fabulous, but I didn't think to get her name. Although she wasn't involved in the sale, the second young lady was very nice. My only concern, is on the same night and not too long before the sale, I witnessed a man take approximately $200.00 in merchandise from the local Rite Aid without issue. Apparently, some law was reportedly passed an both the Rite Aid store Manager and Security, both informed that staff couldn't stop anyone from walking out with merchandise. my question, is have any precautions been implemented for your Millenial, all female staff should someone attempt to do the same. I think staff safety is something to consider.

The sales associates were very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Ariana was very sensitive and attentive to my needs. I had an overall amazing experience.

The whole store was great. Mildred knew about her products. She showed me the different bracelets, charms and even informed me of the sales. I will definitely come back again. Everyone in the store was extremely professional and friendly.

I wanted an elegant look for my bangle. Tatyana was a big help. I was So happy & satisfied when I left. She deserve’s employee of the month!!!
