Sales person was very helpful. Knew the products and options to purchase well. Had some good suggestions to offer. Friendly and pleasant.

While purchasing my item, I also inquired about another item I bought previously. The sales person helped me understand that the product was discontinued. She also provided the rubber stops for the clips, which is extremely helpful.

Sales rep was sweet and friendly. She showed great merchandise with my interests in mind. She treated my daughter well with her first charms.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The sales person, Victoria D, was very informed about the merchandise and measured my wrist to make sure the fit would be good. She, also, explained why the fit of the bracelet I chose was so important and explained as I began to personalize and add charms it would expand a few centimeters. I had no idea so I was very appreciative for the information.

This was my first time entering pandora for a gift for my sisters birthday, I knew what I wanted however it was myself and another customer ahead of me and it was at least a 30 minute wait because a customer took up a lot of time. The associates were very patient and once I was called the associate was very helpful and what helped is knowing what I wanted. Which allowed the people in the now very long line to be serviced and the customer mentioned above was still in the store and I took 39 minutes myself, to purchase for myself, my daughter and my sister. The associates at the store were friendly especially the one who attended to me. I did not get her name.

Didn't make me feel pressured to buy specific things, was also knowledgeable and great at giving me her opinion. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and not a sales person. GIVE HER A RAISE and hire more people like her.
