Very professional sales woman at Austin Street location. Believe her name was Lisa. She was patient, because my wife is very picky. Gave her opinion and some items, which would look better on her fingers. Friendly staff, nice environment

The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products, she knew which bracelet was better and gave me a lot of recommendations of how to upkeep my bracelet and charms. All of the products were on hand, I didn't have to wait long for anything.

The reason I was Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience is because the service was great, the employees were all friendly, nice, and informative. I also did not experience any bad service. Everyone was great, and we were able to satisfy my needs.

Love the location because there is never a long wait and the staff is very welcoming. Lisa was professional, very nice, and super helpful in helping me find what pieces were best for me based on my needs. Will return because of service alone and highly recommend to anyone I know who is looking to purchase any Pandora items.
