I went to purchase a birthday present. Lisa M was extremely helpful in showing me earrings. We started talking and I told her I had just lost my bracelet and all my charms. She helped me pick out a new bracelet and helped me start replacing some of the charms I lost. She even suggested a safety chain. Lisa was extremely pleasant and nice to talk with.
