The sales associate was very friendly anything I asked for she was willing to look for it. I recently lost a pair of my favorite earrings and she was able to look up my previous purchased, and I was able to repurchase them with ease and I even got 30% off as well.

I was highly satisfied with my salesperson, her helpfulness, enthusiasm and friendly demeanor. I was not, however, at all satisfied with 'corporate' Pandora and I want to stress that this is no reflection on the sales experience. I was offered a 10% discount but came to find out that an inquisition was required beforehand. I see no reason why Pandora should be asking what my annual income is, or what my Social Security number is. Neither is any of your business. If you would like to offer a 10% discount, just give it at the point of sale and not make it conditional upon providing personal details that I would not ever provide to you when purchasing any of your merchandise. Upon hearing about the request for my SSN, I informed my salesperson that I was not interested in receiving the discount.
