The sales girl Adriana was very friendly and knew the product very well. She gave feed back when asked without pushing the merchandise on me to purchase. She was very patient with both my daughter and myself.

The agent, Ariana who attended to me at this location was very friendly, patient and persuasive. She was also knowledgeable about the items and was able to advice me on my purchase, which was my first purchase of a Pandora item.

I was happy to see that Pandora released new Harry Potter and Disney pieces. I visited the Austin St. location to get new charms for myself and my daughters. I also purchased additional bracelets and charms to give as gifts. I really enjoyed shopping at this location. Ashley, my sales representative, was very friendly and helpful. She provided tips on how to care for my jewelry - something other locations hadn't shared on previous visits. The store itself is nice and clean. I appreciate that there wasn't a long line either.
