My sales associate, Christian, was amazing. He really took the time to get to know what I wanted, who I wanted it for, and made sure to look for something special. He was so friendly and made the buying experience during the pandemic seem normal! I'm so thankful for him and for having gone to the Forest Hills store! My child's Godmother LOVED her gift!

The salesperson Lisa was very invested in what I was saying. She was very patient with me and made it seem like we’ve been friends for years. I’ll definitely come in next week to buy some more jewelry from her. She never made me feel like my questions were too stupid. I was very comfortable.

Cristian H. Helped me find a lovely charm and he was patient with my aunt who forgot her mask at home offering her one. He has good customer service skills and would recommend to friends.

Christian in the forest hills store is just wonderful. Incredible customer service. I saw him handle an Angry customer that walked in the store. She was very disrespectful however he never lost composure, I admire his patience and skills. I would hire him in a second for myself.
