I love Adriana customer service, shes is very friendly and helpful, when I went didn't know what to get for my friend's birthday gift and she gave me some good recommendations, they love it !!!

The sales associate that helped me was Adriana, and she was very kind, patient, and informed me on other sales going on in the store but wasn’t pushy about me purchasing other products. I find that sometimes when I go into Pandora, sales associates can be very pushy with getting me to purchase more than what I came in for. Although, she informed me of other products, she wasn’t pushy and I appreciated that.

Ariana was great and helped me decide what charms to add To my bracelet. she read me and knew I was simple with an eye for sparkle. Thank you!

Ever since I got this bracelet for my birthday I’ve must of visited the store twice already within a week to make more purchases.

I was satisfied with my recent visit to this Pandora store because of Ariana's assistance. I went in for an exchange because the charm bracelet I was gifted was a tad bit too big. She was knowledgeable about their sizing and instantly knew the appropriate size for me. The store itself was quite clean. Ariana did a great job of informing me on how to properly clean their bracelets and charms, safely.
