I was highly satisfied with Pandora because I was treated well. Got into the store and got served right away. The sales person was very kind, understanding and helpful with all my questions.

I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner from everyone. Lisa was pleasant and very patient with my indecisiveness. Lisa was a great example of exceptional customer service.

My concerns were addressed during my visit. I didn’t have to wait for assistance as soon as I walked in the store an associate was available and able to help.

I went in for an exchange and pick out some charms and the sale representative Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful. she made the process so seamless she was so patient with me I would definitely return to this store. Especially in the new age of social distancing it’s nice feel welcomed and have a great experience.
