Warm friendly knowledgeable staff. Greeted warmly and immediately by Tatiana the sales associate on Austin St in Forest Hills. Although I knew exactly what I wanted she also showed me what may interest my 16 year old daughter and what was on sale. I’ll be returning for a set of earrings soon.

Today, I was highly satisfied With my pandora visit because the staff was very friendly, clean, and helpful. The service from the staff, especially Christian from the forest hills location, was extremely helpful and professional. He was able to use his knowledge of products to best assist me in my choices of purchase. The store was clean, and I felt comfortable with the safety measures taken.
