When I asked about a better squirrel baffle for my deck feeder pole because the squirrel easily jumped up on it, the saleswoman asked how high the baffle was. I indicated with my hand and she said I didn’t need a new baffle, I just needed to raise my baffle. Thank you for helping me with my problem when it was also an opportunity to sell me something I didn’t need, but helping me solve my problem with what I already had. Like beloved Stadium Hardware and how they solve problems. Kudos!
