I love this store! The staff are so knowledgeable and so friendly - and they have always treated me like their best customer. They treat everyone that way. It’s really easy just to want to stay and chat. I generally don’t enjoy shopping, but this store has the most wonderful items for my backyard birds plus the greatest gifts - for friends and for me! The owners and staff make this a really special place to shop in Ann Arbor.

I actually felt hope for humanity walking into this store. That a brick and mortar store has survived, through the pandemic, for such specialty items that support nature and our relationship with it, and the gentle, open, and skillful humans working there, I just felt such an awe and joy and gratitude. Can't say enough good about my experience. I've already recommended to many friends and I will be back. Thank you for being here. Thank you. Thank you.
