I’ve been a customer for about a hundred years, lol! I started when I lived in Arlington and have continued since moving to FAIRFAX 24 years ago. There are 2 other closer Wild Bird Stores, but I continue to trek into Arlington every 6 weeks because of the time and attention I receive from Michael and his staff!!!

Mike emailed me about the item and I was able to call and talk to him to follow-up on cancelling initial order and reorder what I wanted. And I got everything the next day! Happy birds, happy me!
