I began shopping at WBU years ago because of the bird seeds. However, I continued to shop there because of the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. The older I have become, the more I have observed and experienced varied behavior, the more I appreciate kindness. I have also turned to WBU people for advice and recommendations and have found it to be universally helpful and useful information, far better than anything I can find online. I am so lucky the Harrison Street, Arlington, VA store in available to me!

Friendly staff, great products. I appreciated talking with the manager and how he engaged my kids. I asked about a product that wasn't in stock, and I got a transparent explanation of the holdup with the shipping, along with a reasonable expectation of when the store would have it again.
