I placed an order from Canada for delivery to my daughter in Washington DC. My online order didn't work since it wouldn't accept my credit card. I phoned the store, they accepted my card and an employee hand delivered the order to my daughter on his way home. She was extremely impressed by his helpfulness about the product and his friendliness.
