Under the conditions of the virus, I don't go into stores. So I had a choice have it delivered or the birds will go without. So.......

Staff is very knowledgeable and never rushes you out the door, despite how busy it gets. When I encountered a problem with the website ordering my phone call got my order taken that same day. Service during Covid will increase repeat customers and it isn't hard to do because everyone else's service has deteriorated during Covid.

When I arrived, I didn't know the store open only for curbside pick up. However, I received excellent and friendly assistance from Peter while outside. He answered all of my questions with patience, and provided the spot-on guidance to select the most appropriate seeds for my feeders. I'll definitely return.

My order is normally delivered via FedEx and Free because of quantity I normally purchase. It was refreshing to have it delivered by a young man from the local store. My hope is that buying locally is helping their business.

This is the only place to get this product. I appreciate being able to have it delivered or mailed to me with free shipping. However, I don't appreciate the dual pricing based on the paid membership.
