Loved the owner & staff - SO helpful & patient with me (this was my first time purchasing feeders & materials so I had a LOT of questions).

I got the product I needed. I got extra points for my purchase. The staff is excellent.

The order process was easy. Everything I needed was available. The delivery was timely.

Peter was delightful. one negative is the fact that the clinic next door is treating sick patients outside. patients are actually sitting on chairs outside and staff is taking temperatures, etc. of people in their cars. not good!

We don't like ordering online because we have trouble finding things. However, we called and got someone very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. Some animal (maybe a raccoon) tore down our suet feeder, and we asked if you had a more animal-proof feeder. We are very happy with the really sturdy feeder you recommended!
