I have been shopping at WBU for years. The bird feed and feeders are top quality, the owner and staff are always immensely helpful and very kind (incredibly important), pick up is always easy with orders ready very quickly, and i like the Daily Savings Program. But really, it's about the people--always kind, thoughtful, helpful.

The young man who answered the phone was able to sort out a membership issue for me with no hassle at all which was a pleasant experience. He was able to put me purchase outside right after I ordered so that I could get there before the rain started. Very pleasant transaction although I do miss going into your shop.
