Order arrived early. Delivery guy dropped the order and knocked to let me know it was there (so important w so many chipmunks around).

Why I was highly satisfied: easy to order online, accurate curbside pick-up information, and friendly assistance with loading heavy bags into my car. I do miss going into the store and chatting with the proprietor and other customers, but that's not an option with the virus.

The quality of the bird seed is always exceptional. I particularly am glad to have the No Mess No Millet blend so I don't have to worry about sunflower seed husks (which have attracted rats in the past). I also purchase bird feeders from WBU and they, too, are top quality. The store is very conveniently located for me. However, most importantly, it is the people at my WBU store that keep me coming back. They are kind, good, helpful, friendly, and professional. For that I am thankful and have shopped at the Harrison Street location for years because of the people and the products.

Online ordering was easy. The order I received was accurate. It was ready on time and easy to pick up without contact.

Thank you to the gentleman who suggested the double suet feeder with the tail prop and hot pepper suet. We woke up to 2 pilleated woodpeckers on it! One being a baby!
