I was not sure if the store was open yet for customers to come in, so I called. The clerk was very friendly and explained that the current situation was to order online and pick up curbside, which I did with no problems. It was ready before the officially quoted time, which was a nice surprise as due to light traffic I arrived earlier than I expected.

Employee on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. At pick up, a young employee went out of his way to help me get my order. I showed up immediately this young man walked out of the store offering to help. It feels like a small town business in Arlington.

I have worked with wild birds on food and equipment for many years and have never had a complaint or serious problem. All the staff are friendly and seemed to know what they are doing.

Delivery of my order was very prompt. The delivery person stacked the birdseed packages at my front door and rang the bell to alert me. I got exactly what I ordered.

I called the store and got some excellent advice on what to buy to discourage blackbirds and also received my delivery the same day!
