It was easy to create and pay for my order. I received an email with a time my order would be ready. And, I received email stating that it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up my order was pack and ready for me.

It was pretty easy to order online - but I did make a phone call to ask a question. Our birds are very happy now! We never did receive an e-mail that our order was ready for curbside pickup, but we checked online which said our order was "complete".

I am a long time customer and tend to maintain a supply of the basic types of food I offer birds. They are happy and visit my stations regularly. About 3 weeks ago, I tried to schedule a delivery, which for various reasons fell through. When i called to place this order, I was asked if I would prefer to do it on line. Which surpised me and I said that from y experience 3 weeks earlier, phone orders were preferred. Anyway once I placed he order all went well. And my birds are happy to have he feeders filled in this chilly for May weather. Sara Anderson
