I love to feed the birds - especially right now so we still have activity in the back yard and the birds rely on the food supply! It's great that I can still get supplies and from such a lovely store. They could not be more helpful. Michael seems to get the nicest people to work in the store. And Michael is just incredible. He goes above and beyond. He has delivered bird food orders to me, but now we can pick up outside the store, it's perfect. WE get to go for a drive! Very many thanks.

First and foremost, I trust the people and products of WBU. Michael is kind and good as is every person I've encountered who works or worked there over the years. Secondly, the products are excellent. A bit higher cost than options at other stores but there are more options available and the quality is always superior. Thirdly, I've discovered so many things at WBU from unique food combinations to bird cams to seasonal items. I always enjoy going to WBU on Harrison Street, Arlington, VA. Every single visit. P.S. The service, product quality and staff knowledge and expertise is always top notch. Having the delivery service while the store is closed has been very helpful. The nesting birds really appreciate having a constant supply of food!

I called on phone, explained what I wanted, when I would pick up. The order was ready when I got to store. I picked and left.

This is a great store owned and staffed by friendly helpful people. I'm so happy they are able to provide an easy contactless order, pay, pickup option to keep us all safe. Watching my backyard birds while I work from home has been a little silver lining in this current situation.
