Staff is always knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I alwas enjoy my visit. And, for me maybe most important, staff carrries the bags of seed to my car; it's getting difficult for me to do that as i get older.

The staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed looking at the variety of products. The cashier handled my order efficiently. It's always a fun place to shop.

I drive from DC to this store because everyone is so nice and helpful. Sales are not pushed on customers, staff is knowledgeable about products and birds, and the parking is even easier since Starbucks left the row of stores.

The purchase I wanted to make was in stock; the salesperson was helpful and had a good sense of humor; I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes.

Staff members are always very friendly and offer to help and answer any questions the customer might have.

The staff are nice and polite. Store is well stocked with the products I wanted. Its clean and well organized. The young man was nice is carrying my products and loading my car for me.

Quality of no mess food is high; biggest issue is price.

I enjoy going to this store. I like talking with the owner/manager. I feel like a valued customer when I go in. The birds - and squirrels - I feed, love the seed! That's the most important thing.
