The staff could not be more attentive or responsive. They always offer to help me to my car with my bags of seed (although I generally decline the offer). They have given my helpful advice on seed selection and the purchase of books about birds.

When I walk in I’m always greeted and usually by name. They always have everything I’m looking for and they carry everything out to my car. They are super knowledgeable and always answer the zillion questions I have.
