I received an email offering 20% off my purchase. Because I am a member and get 15% off (a membership I paid for), I was given only given extra 5% instead of the 20% in the offer. I feel like the offer was misleading.

I needed bird feeder cleaner and due to supply chain issues there was none in the store. Will check back later to see if it has arrived in store.

I would have liked to receive my order sooner than I did. I realize the bad weather played a part, which was not under your control. I enjoy the convenience of delivery but don't like the wait. I ran out of seed so my birdies were not fed for a day. Next time I might pick up my order from the store.

I had a $10.00 credit that i supplied at the register and the sales clerk acknowledged the $10.00 and said it would be applied. I checked my receipt and it was not issued? I no longer have the proof of the discount because they kept it? Now what?
