It seems as though when email are sent for a 20% off there is no way of taking advantage of it. No coupon to printout our scan code.

I had been notified that my order would be ready and it was not there. Luckily the staff person came out and she was able to verify that I had ordered and paid and she brought me the merchandise

I was disappointed that some of the items I wanted to purchase were not in stock.

One time thing because of the icy weather.

I would like to purchase the heated bird bath. It is not available. I would like to purchase mealworms I believe they're called and something to attract the insect-eating birds that also include hot pepper as my yard is a squirrel condominium. Lots and lots of squirrels.

We could not order by phone. Left message and wound up having to show up and ask for what we needed to store owner on sidewalk. As usual, he was very nice and helpful. Still much prefer being able to call in advance and know that what we need is available — and will be available — and is paid for. We did receive a return call - the next day. I was told that from now on we would have to order on the internet. Sorry, but I prefer speaking with a human person. We live a distance away, and I like to be sure you can fill our order before drivng there. Since it is cold,I am being very generous these days so will need more food sooner than usual. I have no idea how to order now, and that is annoying. These days things are complicated enough. As my father would say, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Ordered 10 of an item, but as it turned out only 9 were in stock. It would have been nice if the online system knew how much was in stock and informed me before I placed the order.

I bought a pole piece that was maybe 16" long for a surprisingly expensive $12. Also the pole piece is covered in rough black paint which makes it too easy for the squirrels to grip it.

When my order hadn't been delivered in several days I called the store and it was clear that the order had somehow fallen through the cracks, but it was then delivered the same day that I called.

Always pleased with staff and products so it’s my place to get bird feed and anything related to birds.
