The bird feeder I ordered arrived without a way to hang it, so I have to make a trip to the store to replace it or return it. I work full time and was not expecting another errand for this purchase. So slightly annoyed by that but delivery was very fast.

When we placed our order I asked about the pricing which seemed high. I was told that our membership had expired in September 2019, which we knew was incorrect, because we had recently purchase seed in March of 2020 and used our membership plan. We were then told it had expired in April 2020, but we are not sure if that is accurate. So we renewed on 2 June 2020 at the time of our current order and kept the receipt showing we paid the renewal fee.

I love my local store and have no complaints about the owner or any of the staff. However, I chose to order online for curbside pickup and the system did not recognize my long-standing membership. Once this was discovered the staff advised me to cancel the order so they could fix the problem from their end but that turned out to be undoable. The staff’s reasonable solution was to grant me a store credit for later. All good!

The price of the seed we get has risen substantially even with our discount. Good seed, just expensive.

1. No binoculars at this store, which was reason for my visit. 2. I purchased 2 packs of suet and a bag of birdseed. I thought your prices were high.
