The stuff is just a little too expensive.

The store is very small and sometimes overfull with merchandise so that one has to pick through the remaining aisle space. The parking is also very limited. Otherwise there is no problem. We have been going to this store for over ten years. There is always merchandise we are looking for or need. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

The staff is always helpful and I rarely have to wait to ask a question regardless how busy it is. There is always something in stock to help resolve a problem or question.

There was no issue with the merchadise, but sales staff was very cold and indifferent. Did not get asked if I needed help and could care less that I was shopping there.

The owner is knowledgble and caring will go out of his way to help and explain anything "bird" he's a problem solver, conservationist and enviormentalist.
