It was my first time coming in (I'm a newb to the bird world) and Tim answered all of my very basic, "everyone should know this" questions without making me feel like an idiot. Both gentlemen were so sweet and created a really comfy, lovely atmosphere.

The selection of merchandise is excellent, the birds love it and the price is reasonable (with all the sales promotions).

Staff was so helpful. I needed a new pole system for my feeder. He recommended something that I never thought of and not only is it working great, it was significantly less expensive than I anticipated it to be. Also, he explained how to get rid of my starling problem. It truly was a great experience.

I'm dedicated to helping birds and you provide the means to do it. Without the Fiery Feed I'm just taking care of chipmunks and squirrels. As a working person I really appreciate the delivery option!

The shop is charming, I love the various gift items they have; the staff is always kind, helpful and professional; there's a large array of products; the location of the shop is great for running my errands, and the parking is easy
