Most important the quality and variety of the feed. I find the owner to be exceptionally knowledgeable and will always problem solve seasonal issues that arise. The owner is also willing to make house calls to improve a feeding station or deliver needed items. The stores Christmas selection and overall decor speaks to concern for every detail and an excellent retail sense for uniqueness and quality.

I have been shopping at my local WBU for many years for both birdfood and gifts. The owner, Ben is very knowledgeable and helpful with the bird end of things. I have even brought feeders that I have bought that needed fixing and he has done that, no charge. Ben also has a great eye for gift items and I often go there when I need a special gift as well as doing my Christmas shopping.
