The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful with my issue. She also made recommendations on how to use the product. They were amazingly fast on shipping as well, which was much appreciated!

The owner and staff do a great job answering questions and providing so much information regarding their products. I was immediately put on a waiting list for the beautiful fountain that I ordered. The surrounding gardens/landscaping is truly a joy to sit still and listen to the music of all the song birds!

The items I needed were in stock and, in discussing my seasonal birds that are now returning, the staff was very helpful in recommending new products in addition to my winter feeds that the returning birds need and enjoy.

There were a variety of choices in hangers for bird feeders.

We always enjoy coming here, not only for the store and its broad array of merchandise, but also to stroll the garden and pond area. This trip we were slightly disappointed that the product we needed wouldn't be in until 3 days later, but very satisfied with the perso who helped us with our other purchases. She said the item we sought would be in on Friday and even offered to deliver it to us on Saturday. Amazing. We, however, are coming back on Saturday to stroll the garden again and chat with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
