The salesperson, in which I have forgotten his name, was SO helpful. We discussed the squirrels getting into the bird feeder, so he suggested a feeder that uses hot pepper paste, I believe. He also was VERY informative regarding my Mason bees, in which I bought another house and tubes. I could have talked to him all day, he was that cool. Definitely a great source of information. Clerk (I think, Daniel?) was so helpful. Knew exactly what I needed, showed me how to put it together, called me by name.

I got what I came for, and received a gift of a used feeder and a starter bag of bird foodfor my husband’s memory care outdoor patio

This is our first visit to the new location from the Downtown Gig Harbor location. It happened that we know the manager and she and the staffer took excellent care of us.

I love shipping at this store - the people are so friendly and happy to see me, answer all my questions - an all around good to experience every time!
