Every member of the Gig Harbor store's staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always get what I need.

Even though vaccinated now, I have gotten in the habit of using this safe strategy to purchase bird food. It was such a relief in 2020!! Still haven't quite gotten back to shopping other than grocery stores....

The selection of product, but most important how friendly and helpful the staff are. This is my favorite place to purchase gift cards because I want to turn all my friends on to Wild Birds Unlimited.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. While you didn’t have what I was looking for this time(longer roosts for my bird feeder) likely it doesn’t exist.

I am new to the hobby, and had many questions. The staff member who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explained my options well. She helped me with some problem solving, and I probably would not be able to move forward without her expertise. I did not get her name, but was so impressed with her knowledge and wonderful customer service.!

Angela Miles was extremely knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed for proper bird feeding. What a great resource she is!

I have been in before & gotten advice from staff. Thanks to their suggestions I was in this time to stock up suet because a Pileated Woodpecher finally found the feeder I had purchased (in hopes of attracting them). The suet I’ve bought since has been a big hit with many birds.

Always an enjoyable visit! The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the store cat is very friendly.
