As always, your employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I usually always have a question or need some advice about something related to feeding birds and they usually know the answer. Also, Cool Jacks, the cat, is a great addition to the store.

Staff are excellent. They seem to all have been there a long time, are well-trained and efficient. My only issue is not actually an issue. The darling face masks you sell are on the high end of cost, but they're just so sweet. I love them. I have been looking for a 2nd one of a design I previously purchased. It's not here. But I found other really cute ones that I purchased.
