It’s always a treat to come into the store..love the unusual gifts and having room to look around..so many stores are too full of merchandise and it’s hard to see things.

Store is always clean and hygienic. Great selection. Our 4 year old gets excited to go to WBU. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The membership deals always get us coming back.

I needed help carrying my purchase to the car and the cashier eagerly and cheerfully carried out my bag and placed it where I asked. Appreciate very much her doing that. She also made recommendations on what kind of bird seed to purchase for a tube feeder. Great service and knowledge of your products.

I love the variety at the store!

My order arrived very quickly and everything was well packed. There was a small hole in the bird food bag, but I caught it fast, so there wasn’t much spillage. The staff member was very polite and fast when I made my initial order and had to swap out suet.

Purchased a new 14 inch mtal birdbath insert and a 20 lb. bag of sunflower chips. The bath insert was more expensive, but of significantly higher quality that the plastic ones we have been using.
