The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked questions about winter migrations and she knew the answers and helped me plan for winter feeding and the return of birds to my feeders. And last but not least, Cool Jacks (the cat) was working too!

Staff is always friendly. Staff is knowledgeable about products. Their cat is so cute and makes my son excited to go to the bird store.
