My favorite store, hands down. The owner and staff are always friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They take their time with me and I never feel rushed. Even help me identify birds I have taken pics of. It's a wonderful shop for all your bird and squirrel needs but it's also such a great shop for more. I have purchased lovely gifts for others and my friends there. Beautiful fountains, windchimes, sculptural items, ornaments, tea towels, etc.

Heidi went out of her way to deliver purchase to my house. She has been a friend all along. Her knowledge of products and idiosyncrasies of birds is remarkable and I appreciate her sharing her knowledge with me. She is the best thing you have at this store!

There has not ever been a visit where I left dissatisfied. Our WBU store and staff is a real asset and favorite in my community. WBU employees are bird devotees and very knowledgeable about local bird populations and what to feed them and when. I look forward to learning from the pros!
