It is always a joy to shop at the Grosse Pointe shop. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. The ambience of the store has always been calming and enjoyable.

Paul was was wonderfully friendly, informative and helpful. I was excited to get the bird feeding book as a part of the subscription membership I asked about, and above all, the personal note I received later thanking me for my visit was an especially nice, thoughtful touch!
