When they noticed that the order had not been shipped they came and delivered it personally so that I wasn't waiting too long

I left the store without getting my change (I was distracted) and the general manager, Ryan, immediately reached out via email to let me know and gave me the change I was owed the next time I came to the store. It was the beat customer service I have experienced. Thank you!

The staff is amazingly friendly and well trained. I love the birthday cards. There are great presents, inclusive lot of things that aren’t bird related. It’s great that you deliver.

The gentleman who took care of me was very friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the fact that he carried the heavy bag of bird seed to my car.
