I walked in knowing nothing about bird feeders and the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I purchased a feeder and supplies and we had our first bird visitor the following afternoon.

The owner, manager, and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have shopped here for years and the staff knows me. Very knowledgeable and love the merchandise and seed quality. Clean, convenient and friendly. Wonderful coupons and sales. Staff is involved in community.

Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. They always ask about visitors to our feeders. My husband does enjoy and asks questions about our visitors but does not always share my enthusiasm. In addition to a variety of sparrows, grackles, blue jays, starlings, finches,chickadees, woodpeckers, nuthatches, groesbeaks, mourning doves, and the occasional junco, titmouse and cowbird (I think!), we have also seen an indigo bunting and brown headed cowbird. I think, anyway. And some birds who cone and leave too quickly for me to identify. I am thrilled that up to Six cardinals visit us every morning and evening. Males and females. Parents feeding their babies looks like they are kissing at the feeders, and on our fence. I am amazed by how many “babies” flutter their wings and tails to be fed by mom or dad. Our granddaughters who will soon be 2 and 5 come into our family room whenever they visit to see who is around.

Had the birdseed I was looking for. Got a good price because it happened to be on sale while I was there. The gentleman who waited on me was kind, informative, knowledgeable, polite and patient with me.
