I used to go into the WBU store and always enjoyed the interaction with the staff--liked to look at all the merchandise. Now, I shop online and always am able to get what I want. Since I live near the store, one of the employees usually delivers my order within 2 days of order. I can hardly wait until I feel safer about going into stores so that I can shop in person again.

It’s wonderful to go to a store and be assisted with people that are highly knowledgeable about birds, butterflies, and how to create a welcoming habitat for wildlife. It is also nice that they can help us troubleshoot problems with wildlife (“pests”) and best way to utilize the products in the store.

I had foot surgery and unable to get to store, when I called I was told they would deliver at no charge...Stephanie delivered with a smile...I love Wild Birds & the staff:)
