The staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I came in feeling pretty low and was walked to my car with my bag of goodies in a much better mood.

They always know what is going on. I can talk about my sightings without guilt. Roseanne knows me as does Ryan. New employees learn who I am quickly. I love that they carry o there products I love like Cherry Republic. Bob who owns Cherry Republic told me this is his most productive place down state.

Lisa was great helping me with setting up our owl house, and seed selection. Ryan was very helpful with the owls.

The staff is great. The location is perfect. I like the products and along with the birds!

Staff was very engaging and helpful. Helped me choose a different suet feeder, since my birds did seem to like the one I had. They offered coffee and also pointed out the bald eagle cam. Absolutely love this store and staff.

The Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I am new to bird feeding and they were very helpful to have answered my questions. The store is pleasant and clean, its an easy in and out if you in a hurry.
